Per our refund policy,
- Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.
- Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
- All promotions are subject to exclusions and cannot be extended.
The best course of action going forward will be to cancel your existing order, then place a new one with the discount code included. Otherwise, we would be happy to give you a new discount to use on a future order.
