What are the pro program guidelines?

PRO PROGRAM DETAILS

  • The price extended to Pro Customers does not apply to Tents and Tent Accessories.
  • All pro orders placed between Monday through Friday will ship within 48hrs. Orders will ship the same day if ordered before 2pm MST Monday through Friday.
  • All pro account purchases are covered by our return policy. All standard rules and exclusions apply.
  • Sea to Summit’s Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all pro product purchases.

PRO PROGRAM GUIDELINES

  • Your pro account is for your personal use only, and never for resale. Please do not purchase gifts or buy gear for others.
  • Membership in this program should be considered a privilege and never a right or entitlement. Access to the program may be revoked at any time, solely at Sea to Summit’s discretion.
  • Your pro account must be renewed annually. If your account has expired you will be asked to re-apply through the Pro Program Application.
